Post Title: Client Services Administrator

Client Services Administrators are responsible for being the initial face of The Employee Resilience Company Ltd.
You will be responding to calls, emails and administrative requests from customers and clients requiring access to our range of EAP services and booking of Client Counselling appointments.
You will be responsible for managing the administrative email inbox, in addition to your own email queries. You will provide administrative support as directed by the Administration Manger and the Senior Management Team.
The role will involve supporting the preparation of reports for customer organisations and ensuring that the clinical database is accurate and updated for each relevant client contact.
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team environment and will provide clients and customer organisations with a supportive, professional and positive customer experience.
As a Client Service Administrator, you will be actively engaging with our clients to ensure they receive a service that exceeds their expectations.
